• Developing and updating a strategic action plan (part of the management report).
• Developing a marketing strategy and in particular, setting the rental prices for all the assets in agreement with the Principal.
• Implementing this marketing strategy.
• Studying the impact of specific clauses in a lease as well as a leases’ legal balance and offering recommendations to improve or sustain the return on the assets.

• Analysing fluctuations in rental prices and financial performance and offering recommendations to optimize financial results.
• Assistance and collaboration with experts commissioned by the Principal to evaluate the assets (verification of the accuracy of the material information identified by the experts).
